Of course McKey produces all the standard perforation patterns. But we specialize in going off the grid — creating non-standard perforation patterns customized to your application. Don’t resign yourself to buying off-the-shelf products. If you need metal perforated in a particular way, tell us what you have in mind and we’ll figure out how to make it happen. In the unlikely event we don’t have the dies required, we’ll produce them using our extensive in-house tooling capabilities. Rely on us to transform your ideas into functional parts and end products.
With our advanced tooling capabilities we can deliver sheets, plates, coils and slit coils with exacting hole location and notching. Every pilot hole, omit and unique perforated shape we create meets precise tolerances. We’ll vary the size, shape and spacing of holes, along with programming areas to be left intact, to meet your exacting specifications.
With our custom tension equipment and monitoring sensors, we can wind coils to a precise degree of tightness for optimal performance and ease in storage and transportation. Our value-added secondary services include not only slitting but also leveling, shearing, forming, lasering, rolling, welding and turret punching to customize products for your unique applications. Other services available through our affiliates include degreasing, painting and stamping. We also operate a stocking program to help you manage your inventory.
