McKey Perforating can do a lot more than produce round holes on a rectangular grid. That’s just for starters. Choose your hole shape: square, rectangular, oval, elliptical, triangular, hex or custom formations. We can perforate access panels, grilles, hoods and screens for heavy-duty earth-moving equipment, agricultural tractors, combine harvesters, threshers, balers, grain-grinding screens and just about any other kind of construction or agricultural equipment.
McKey machinists can punch concentric circles and complex geometric configurations while intermixing hole sizes and shapes. You can designate areas to be left intact while perforating only certain portions of a sheet — all without welds.
The cluster punch tooling that McKey developed enables us to perforate metal material up to 1 inch thick. We work with nearly all types of metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum composite material (ACM). Our array of equipment includes high-precision computer numerical control (CNC) perforating presses, and we also can knock out shapes with exacting accuracy by lasering.
We offer design support, along with technical assistance and rigorous quality control protocols to assure top quality and consistency.
