Customer Service Manager
McKey Perforating is seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager.
Two year undergraduate education or work experience equivalent is required.
Salary range: $30,000 to $45,000.
Reports daily to the Senior Account Manager and weekly to VP of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Perform higher level customer service activities
- Support regional sales growth through secondary activities
- Coordinate with account sales managers
- Handle sensitive customer service activities
- Provide secondary selling functions
- Generate quotes & update pricing on existing customers
- Supervise customer service reps
- Communicate with inside/outside sales team
- Handle customer supplied material issues & reporting
- Address complaints and issues requiring corrective action responses, entering info into compliant system
- Coordinate customer delivery with production scheduling
- Process orders, supervise order entry/EDI
